RFK, Jr. Holds Rally In Downtown Tucson

With so many independent voters in Arizona, independent candidate for president Robert F Kennedy, Jr. came to Tucson Monday night to make his plea to get on the Arizona ballot.

“Bobby Kennedy and his centrist approach is really attractive to all voters,” independent voter Wyatt Forde said.

In Tucson, the Pima County Recorder’s Office says independent voters make up over 93 thousand voters, which is about 33 percent, or about a third, of the overall voters.

Kennedy said he’s focusing on independent voters in battleground states like Arizona.

“Arizona is one of the battleground states. It’s a state that basically split even the last election,” Kennedy said.
