Kennedy Releases Spanish Version of SOTU Video

LOS ANGELES, CA—MARCH 14, 2024—Independent Presidential Candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. today released his state of our union video in Spanish where he declared, “What we once were, we can be again.”

In his speech, Kennedy contrasted America’s troubles with the nation’s health, prosperity, and can-do spirit of the post-WWII era. But the promise of that time, he said, is still available to us.

“We have become a nation of chronic illness, violence, loneliness, depression, and division,” he said. “What happened to ‘America, the land of opportunity,’ where you could be sure that if you worked hard and played by the rules, you would have a decent life?

We’ve printed nine centuries’ worth of money in a little over a decade and spent $8 trillion on regime-change wars … Our nation seems more divided than ever before, but Americans everywhere want to heal the divide.”

Kennedy noted that across the country, voters are rejecting the divisive fear-mongering tactics that force them to always choose between the lesser of two evils.

Americans, he said, “are tired of voting against something or someone … They are ready to unite to rebuild this country … They are ready to vote for someone who represents hope and healing. For someone with an inspiring vision for America’s future. For a future they can believe in.”

He concluded: “When we unite in that vision, we will be unstoppable.”
