RFK, Jr. Hopes To Provide Columbia Voters With 3rd Party Option
Initially running as a Democratic presidential candidate, last month Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. switched to become an independent candidate.
Recent polls have shown that Kennedy is receiving some of the highest support a 3rd party candidate has had in decades.
Tuesday evening, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. held a voter rally in Columbia at Hangar Lofts Events. He spoke about the economic problems many Americans are facing today.
RFK, Jr. says much of his support in the polls has come from millennials.
Kennedy says he will restore the American dream if elected and promises to focus on issues such as the environment, chronic disease and home ownership. RFK Jr. says if elected, he would work towards promoting renewable energy, rebuilding the middle class and would oppose foreign wars.
