JFK Remembrance Ceremony and Moment of Silence
Please, join us in a Day of Remembrance for the 60th Anniversary of our loss of President JFK on Wed, Nov. 22, 2023 at the "Grass Knoll". We will meet for lunch afterward.
This free annual event, held every Nov. 22 in Dealey Plaza at the "Grassy Knoll": is educational and inspiring. Music and inspiring talks concerning President Kennedy, his life and the historic event that led to his death at this spot on Nov. 22, 1963. The Moment of Silence is held at 12:30-12:31. Flowers and American flags are handed out, along with souvenir flyers and pamphlets. Some of the participants have attended this event every year since 1964.
